SW Premiere Industrial Center is a new development consisting of two free-standing buildings on ±9.11 acres located in the southwest area of Las Vegas, just ±2 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip and the new Raiders Stadium. This project has convenient access to the I-15 via the Russell Road interchange and I-215 via the Decatur Boulevard interchange.
